I needed a probable ETA for a watch band I had ordered online from Top One International. I decided to give them a call and was pleasantly surprised when, after only two rings, they answered the phone. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and personable. Three days later my watch band arrived just like he said it would. I needed to call them back to confirm the delivery and once again they answered the phone after only two rings! Because of the stellar customer service, I will definitely be a returning customer should I need any watch-related items. My only regret is that I didn't get the gentleman's name post it here.Review from Douglas B

NY watch store is about as top shelf ,class A, five star operation as you can get! They are on top of everything and your order and satisfaction is very important to them. I am very pleased with my order. Initially I was hesitant to order due to my inexperience with their store. The price was very competitive; it seemed to good to be true. I took a chance with my purchase and am glad I did. NYwatchstore even included a rubber diver style strap for free! I will probably be using them again. Also their shipping was very prompt. What first caught my eye was the prices. Then upon looking at their website I was floored at their selection. I ordered my watch only to find out it was out of stock. I got a prompt to give my email and they would notify me when they had stock again. I liked their confidence. ****** likes to say they are out of stock and are not sure when or even if the product will be back. I got my email and ordered my watch. There was a small hiccup but that was entirely due to my ***** sending things to my spam folder. I spoke with their customer service and everything was smoothed over in minutes. I'm really happy I found this company.
