Hired Kongor construction from Jan 1st 2022 to May 1st 2022 to rehab our home. Remove mold, put on new tin roof, install new windows and doors. We allowed them to stay on premises to perform work in trade for rent. They did not complete work. Stole antiques and tools from premises, cut water lines, electrical lines. 3.75 tons of garbage had to be removed. They had to be evicted from premises by sheriff. This company scrapped everything from our home possible. Destroyed property and refused to leave when fired. Claimed to have insurance, nothing was covered.Business response

I'm with you guys number one, she has already tried a bunch of stuff. I done more than was in the contract. We moved in and I done numerous extras for her. She came to the house and had no contract back in April that she was suppose to extend for 6 months. I told her that she was suppose to pay for dumping the trailer and she said I was. Then she started shouting at my wife and punched her in the chest, then she ran to the police and said my wife assaulted her. She is a liar. I do not do plumbing or electrical and I told her that. The insurance company is suing her for insurance fraud. I do not need her tools, her have triple copies of my tools. She still owes me $54,000.
