My mom and I drove 2 hours to Greenwich Ford to test drive a 2015 **** a week ago. Upon arriving they said someone had come in that morning and left a deposit on the car and we couldn't see it. A few days later I noticed the car is still listed as available and so I inquired about it using my own name. They responded right away that the car is available and to hurry in to test drive because it won't last long. I then called them and asked if it was available, they said yes. Then I explained I had already driven 2 hours there to test drive it and they said it wasn't available. After telling them I was told in person that the car is sold, they said, let us look into it, whoops, it is sold, it shouldn't still be posted online or listed as for sale. On the phone the sales agent assured me he was taking it down as we speak and marking it sold. He apologized and said he would speak to his manager about why the car would continue to be listed for sale and why they would email people to hurry in to test drive it. That was two days ago, the car is STILL listed for sale. I still recieve daily emails telling me the car is available and to hurry in to drive it because it won't last long. It essentially seems they are using this car as bait to draw people to their dealership and then try to sell them on other cars. If you inquire about the car, they tell you it's available. Only if you tell them you were already told it is sold, do they suddenly change their tune and say oh yeah, whoops, it is sold. They have also raised the price since telling me the car is sold.
