Date of transaction: July 23, 2023 Attended an event that contained seemingly good content. Took the company's offer for additional coaching and learning services to begin in about 1 month. The cash back guarantee is only for 7 days from the date of purchase. After the second session of the new program, we decided the content did not align with our beliefs and we were rather disturbed by some of the statements made by the owner during that second session. I politely requested consideration for a refund and was told there are absolutely no refunds after the 7-day refund policy. We spent a significant amount of money on a program we have no intention of continuing. The company will not stand behind their offerings in any way due to differing beliefs or opinions or if the coaching services offer no benefit. They simply told me to use what we can from it and that we are not expected to uphold what is taught. Fair enough. Having only consumed 1/4 of the content with on intention of finishing, can we get a refund for the remainder of the content we didn't consume?Customer response

They did issue a full refund for the amount paid with no other contact or explanation, and as of today, the transaction has completed with the funds in my account. I am satisfied with this outcome.
