  I contracted this company oct 2017. He stated he would repair and or replace the logs of my log cabin home as needed based on phone calls and photos. The price he quoted was $4000.00. He said he would require 50 percent down, and after the check cleared he would be out to check the condition in person and start the job. The check cleared november 13,2017. He came out and did one small piece of rot. It snowed and was to cold he said be back in spring He did not show and when i contacted him he kept saying he would be out. Then fall came and it was to cold again. The same with 2019. I told him it would have to be done next year the rot was getting worse. I said if you will not do it i would have to find someone else. He said he would be out. Then the pandemic came and 2020 went with no work. I started calling and writing emails in june of this year. He has told me to come out for partial refund and pickup the logs. I do not want to buy logs. He was hired to do job.

  The owner stated that he replaced a log, and the owner has the logs but since this would involve a 10 hour trip he is waiting for the consumer to pick the logs up. The check for $500 and the logs are waiting to be picked up.

He did not replace any logs which he said needed to be done there are multiple areas that need work that he contracted to do. I paidhim 50 percent down $2000. I did not buy logs from him. He should not have taken the job or money if he was not willing to do it. I am no further away than than the day he gave me the price to do it.i expect a refund as 4 years is to long and i do not trust him to do the work.one 25" piece of siding is not worth $1500. I am not paying for materials he did not use or work he refused to do.
