  I contracted with this company to refinish my floors. He did not complete his work and agreed to return to finish, but never did. He made up excuses, and led me to believe for a full week that each day he was returning, but he never did. He would even text to tell me he was on his way, and then that he was running late, and then that he was too busy to come could he return the following day. He came one day to have me select colors, and to do so he sanded a part of the floor and treated each section with a different color square so that I could choose. He also took my radiators without my permission, and said he'd return with them and would finish them separately in his wood shop. Now I have no radiators, two unfinished floors, and one of them is ruined due to the numerous samples he placed on them.

  Business realized that the consumer was a person who tried to steal from him two years ago and decided to not work with her.  They did not accept any money from the consumer for this job and will not be returning.  There is no contract for service between the two parties.

  Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is not the first of this vendor’s lies, we in fact did have a contract. Two days after it ended I asked that he do some more work and it was then he realized two years ago I stopped payment on a check because he did not finish the job as promised. Once he d returned to finish the work, I sent him the payment and he was paid in full. After this realization, as he has attested to here, he returned to trespass on my property,  intentionally destroyed my hardwood floors and stole my radiators. Regards, ***** ***********

  Received call from Elizabeth for the business stating that it was not Radiators, it was grates to go over the vents.  We did send them back to the consumer, however, she is stating that she did not receive them.  We are contacting the consumer to get the size of them so that we may purchase them and resend to her.  The business is not comfortable working with the consumer and will no longer do business with her.
