Met with Leann ********* in June about her doing a furniture refinish job. I left one cabinet door with her to work on. I’ve been trying to get her to return my cabinet door since then. I repeatedly called her, texted her, emailed her to no avail. Then I had my husband call her and she returned his call within 5 minutes. That was 2 weeks ago when she said she was going to drop off the door to our home. The last time my husband spoke to her, last week, she said she’s dropping it off. Since then she’s ghosting him now. He keeps calling daily leaving messages and she never responds. I saw she works for ************ ******* Il thinking I’ll call her there. We don’t know what else to do. We’ve lost out on the actual project being done with her. At this point all we want is our cabinet door back. Can someone please help us with this??? I talked to the south towns chamber of commerce and they couldn’t help us.Customer response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Just after I placed the complaint with BBB, my husband received a text from Leeann ******** for him to come pick up our cabinet door. He just got home with it. I apologize for any inconvenience my complaint caused, but we had no idea she was going to contact us in the very same day we logged the complaint. So this complaint is settled. In Sept 2022 Blue Rooster sent email offering special custom T shirt for ******* *****, I took the offer and order XXl & paid 21.75 on 9/3/2022 for same t shirt. I called in October asking Blue Rooster for ETA on t shirts, told no date available as per special orders take time? I called back in January on 1/11 and 1/31/2023 and left voice mail message both times asking for refund, as of today I have not received any response from this business. I am asking for immediate refund of $21.75, I feel 4+ months is sufficient time to produce a t shirt, but since I have not received the tshirt and the ***** season is over, my money back is all I want. Thank you for any help you can provide.Business response
