  Contractor installed a roof in February of 2021. Overcharged by several thousand dollars. Claimed a 20 year guarantee on his work. The roof has leaked severely over the following winter (2021-2022). The damage to my interior is extensive. Contractor received several check deposits and a few smaller cash payments totaling $19,000. Due to several unprofessional acts (Atone point shortly after the job was completed, one of the contractor’s employees came to my house demanding his pay check. There were countless small piles of scrap and nails around my property and several pieces of siding remain broken on my house due to carelessness) I will not allow this individual on my property. I require a refund so that I can get my roof re-roofed by a competent business.

  I have a signed contract with M &M Seasonal Services for snow removal for the 2021-2022 season. We paid $550.00 cash for snow removal at our home located at *** ****** *****, Orchard Park, NY 14127. The owner is listed as Marc Maniccia who resides at *** ******** Street, Depew, NY 14043. He gave us his business card that lists ATM ROOFING, SIDING, SNOWPLOWING, LANDSCAPING &LAWN MOWING but the same phone number ###-###-#### and an email **************@*****.com. We contacted Marc back in November 2021 because we had a snow event and he never showed to plow; he gave us the excuse that he was at his son's recital and would be out later that evening which he did arrive and plow. This was the only time he showed we have contacted him numerous times about 10 times on January 17 that was the big snow storm about 1 week ago never returned our calls we had to enlist another plow service that costs$100/visit they have been out two times. So, besides the $550.00 we had to pay an additional $200 for plowing. I filed a complaint with the Orchard Park Police but they called it a civil matter. What concerns me is I researched him (Marc Maniccia the owner and he has about 10 companies probably changes the name when it suits him to rip off more unsuspecting citizens. I did contact Marc yesterday he picked up because it was not my husband's number, I told him I was calling the police, Channel * complaint line and the BBB. He actually tried to tell me he had plowed us several times; I told him that was laughable since we had to enlist another plow service so we could get to our jobs!! I have attached a copy of his contract and I do have photos of his false advertising on **. Please flag this business he is a public menace and will continue to live off good hard working people's money; I would like him to pay me full restitution for services he did not provide.
