This business did work for my neighbor. My husband went out and showed the one worker where the line for our phone, computer and TV was buried. It is very shallow. Very short time later all three went out in our home. I yelled to a worker you cut the line and he said no. My husband went out and the neighbor said yes they did and showed him the slice. It is a fiber optic cable which has glass in it and cannot be spliced. Called ******* they sent a man down many hours later that day (5/18) as I am 100% disabled. Normally they charge $100 for this but they didn't charge us as it was not our fault and not our contractor. I called Grassman and a man answered the phone with Hello. I asked if it was Grassman Lawn & Landscape and he said yes. I saw out the window it was one of the men outside and said I thought I would be able to get someone big (owner, mgr) he said I am the biggest one out here and laughing. I complained to him and he said your husband never told our workers. I told him my husband was walking out the door and I asked where he was going and he told me he was going to warn them about the line. He did. So he lied and then I told him I would be contacting BBB so others would be warned about them. As I was pushing the button to hang up I heard him yell to his workers "She is contacting BBB about this, she is pathetic." Real nice. First he is a liar and second I know my husband went out and showed them and then had to take the day off to wait for ******* to come as I can't walk them down into the basement. I guess he thought by pulling a few weeds out of one of our beds and throwing in some mulch (this is a bed butting up to the one he was making for our neighbor that everything was okay. Our neighbor kept apologizing to my husband over and over. It was not his fault that the company he chose doesn't care about neighbor's property. I would give them zero stars if could. Don't ever hire these non-professionals. I just want others warned,
