Most unprofessional and unorganized customer service! I had an event planned and wanted to rent an inflatable slide for it. Spoke with owner Tiffany in regards to the time the party was being hosted since it was a later time and wanted it be last pick up since it was a late start. She was aware of the timeframe and it didn't seem to be an issue, so I proceeded to make the reservation online (which once again added the 3pm start time). The slide was dropped off at 7am and was told it would be picked up between 930 & 945pm by the drivers that dropped off. They stated they were told this by their boss Dave. The event started at 3 did not need drop off at 7am. We text the other owner Tiffany to confirm the 930-945 pick up and she said it would be 7-715pm. (Talk about miscommunication between the 2 owners themselves!) We then spoke on the phone and she said we could pay extra for pickup the next morning, or they could rearrange pickups and we could be picked up between 830-845. We went with the 2nd option. Drivers came to pick up slide at 8 without notice. People were in the middle of a using the 18' slide when the drivers were taking the stakes out. This could have caused serious injury! Called owner and questioned why so early since we were told another time and she stated that it could change. Since they came earlier than they told us, we asked if we could keep it longer. They agreed, if we paid the extra charge. We went with it to keep our friends & family happy. Sad thing is, we only needed the slide an extra 20 min, so if they came at the 830-845 time, we wouldnt have has issues or needed to pay extra. The owner then stated "We cant make everyone happy!" and suggested we have an earlier start! The sad part is we used them in the past and they were great but now not so much. They are all about making money and their own schedules and not their customers needs, happiness and safety which all could have been avoided with communication. I would avoid at all costs!
