  Paid Donald B**** $2,200 to remove a willow tree from our yard December 2023 90% of the tree was removed and he was finishing it up. Said he had to get a longer chainsaw blade to get through the tree. We had to leave for the weekend so we paid him in full assuming he was going to finish the job. Don left and never came back. Has had every excuse about waiting for the ground to freeze and then just stopped responding. AKA as Better Choice Tree Service.

  Donald B**** stopped by my house and offers to cut down some trees at my house For $1800 I paid him a deposit of $900. He came later on and cut half the amount of trees we agreed on and I asked him to cut another tree for another $200. I gave him the $200 plus the other $900 thinking he would finish the job that day. He never showed up again he always had an excuse for why he couldn’t finish the job and when I texted him that I was taking him to court he just said that I would loose. The 3 trees he never cut down require a lift and are the more difficult of the bunch. I wish I would of looked him up. The worst part is that he also scammed my 90+ year old neighbor. He come the first week of January and now it’s the last week of April. Be very careful with this guy.

  Mr ******* has been informed that when the lawn gets dry enough we will finish the job. He wanted me to bring a machine there  that I have to ratt get in stuck in his yard than pay to get it out. I am more than willing to finish the job but he told us to stay off property. All I wanted was to let it dry up so we could finish the work. And as far as scamming his neighbor thats wrong (I did not) same situation the yard had to be dry Thank you David B**

  I tried to send a video but it wont let me. I have text messages from Donald since March 1,2022 where he weekly had an excuse to why he could not finish cutting my trees.This is obviously how his scam works. There are several testimonials online of him doing the same thing to other people. He collects the deposit, cuts down a tree or two and never comes back, he has an excuse every week. I gave him until April 16th that is four and a half moths. As for my neighbor, his name is James a 91 year old man that paid Donald @1000 as a deposit for knocking down 8 trees and Donald only knocked down one and never came back to this day 5/12/2022 Its a shame that people like Donald are able to scam people like this.

  Donald stopped buy when he saw that we had a large branch down from tree after a recent storm. Give us a quote of $2000 to take the tree down. Also give us paperwork saying he was fully insured. Gave him $1000 cash to start the job the following week. We should have checked him out. He hasn't showed up and when we called his number, it is no longer a working number.

  I hired Donald B**** to cut down 2 walnut trees for $800.00. He came October 3,2021 and said he would start the work in 1 week to 1 ½ weeks. I gave him ½ down $400.00. I contacted him on November 1, 2021 by text message asking him when he was going to do the work. No response, then again a few days later and nothing again. So I told him I wanted my down payment refunded, gave him my full name, address and said I wanted a money order or cashiers check and I get this text message “ Y U do that”. November 7, 2021 I text him again and he calls me right back asking “who is this?” I say the guy you owe $400.00 to. Donald B**** says it will be in the mail that week. Haven’t seen it. Wish I would of seen these complaints prior to paying him. He’s a thief and has no regards for other people

  I told Mr ***** that when I got a manlift to take way down there I would. So it wasn't fast enough for him and he demanded his downpayment back he is very impatient. But I told him I would pay him back and I will do that

  Mr B**** promised to start the job within 1 -1 ½ weeks from when I gave him the deposit. I contacted him 4 weeks later 1st week of November and told him I wanted my deposit back. His response was “who are you?”  I told him who I was and he he goes “why you do that”.(wanting my money back) I told him because he didn’t honor his word. He never mentioned waiting on a lift and said he would mail me a money order for my deposit of $400.00.  Never saw a check. I contacted him again asking where my money was. He said he didn’t have it and was waiting on a payment from some logs. I asked why would you  spend my money when he hasn’t done anything for the payment. Now 2 more weeks have passed and still no money order. This man should not be allowed to scam any more people out of their hard earned money.
