Brendan B******/Binghamton Superior Construction was hired for a full house remodel. On 7/15/21 I paid him $7255.09 for 25 new windows, per the contract. Shortly after the windows were ordered, I fired him from the job due to multiple issues with the remodel work. I was informed he had paid for the windows upon placing the order with ABC Supply and I would receive my windows when they came in, as I had paid for them. I eventually did receive the windows on 9/17/21. In November 2021, I received a letter from ABC Supply stating that Binghamton Superior Construction never paid for my windows that were charged to the business account with them and I was instructed to pay $6403.03 or a lien would be placed on my property. The lien has now been filed on my property. I have all documents pertaining to the windows and my payment of them. Brendan Barrett is the responsible party to pay ABC Supply and remove this lien from my property. Everything about dealing with Brendan Barrett was an absolute nightmare and when work was actually being done, it was of very poor quality. He was also very shady in the documentation for the window quotes, sending me partial pages. He was supposed to charge me what he was paying ABC and he overcharged me by sending me a false document with the total.
