I financed a brand new 2023 GLC 300 ******** **** on 12/22/2023. I gave 15k down and my payments are ****** per month. Since I bought my car I have had some electrical problems among other engine issues. My check engine light keeps coming on, my car keeps sputtering, my cruise control not working, my fuel injector is giving failure notifications, the dashboard light keeps shutting off while I'm driving, my car would not go into reverse etc. etc. I have taken my car to get serviced 3 times for 4 different occurrences. My car is under warranty so I have not paid for services. However, I opened up some claims with ******** Corporate and the 3rd one has been escalated to priority because I demanded it. The service Department has opened 2 claims as well for the issues i am having too.
I believe I bought a lemon and I need support on trying to either get my money back or assist with buying a new vehicle without losing money. I need support and guidance. I bought a lemon at The Mercedes Benz of Orange County. I can be reached at ************

I brought my car to Benz Oranage County (the Shop) to diagnose the loud knocking noise when driving at a speed of 40-60MPH. After diagnosis, the Shop emailed me the Passenger side wheel bearing was causing the noise and recommended a replacement for $880. I immediately challenged the suggetion, as I heard most of the loud noise was from the Driver side. The Shop emailed back their technician "is certain" it was the Passenger side. After paying $3000 for repair with belief that this would fix the noise, I was shocked and horrified to find the noise has not changed AT ALL after picking up the car Aug 29. I took a video recording the loud noise immediately after the repair and emailed it to the Shop. The Shop did a 2nd diagnosis and came back to me that they found the noise was caused by DRIVER side wheel bearing. They suggested me to change it for $880.Adding insult to the wound, the shop offers no discount on 2nd repair or refund on the 1st wrong diagnosis and replacment.Customer response
