I bought a *** 320i at the end of my lease. At the time, I paid the dealership to register the car in my name with the ***********, where I reside. For the past year the dealership has been unsuccessful in having my title registered and keeps delaying the actions. Each time there is a new reason for not being able to transfer the title and send me the updated document. I have clarified with the ** DMV that I have nothing past due and registering a new vehicle is not an issue. I have conveyed the same to Orange County BMW but have seen no progress. I would appreciate any assistance in getting the title to my car corrected and sent to me.

I own a **** *** 325i. I took my vehicle to one of your *** service centers for diagnostics and repair, attached is the invoice with the dealership and repair details. I had spoken to a service adviser over the phone who stated that they would be able to look at the vehicle and find out what was causing my problems. Due to the issues I was having, the service adviser informed me to write up all the issues I was having along with the work that I had performed on the vehicle to attempt to repair it. I have attached that note to this email as well. I specifically informed *** that my car was miring and running rough and that it seemed to be a DME/ECU issue. The service adviser wrote me up a quote for the repairs that the technician said would fix the problem and didn't fix the problem. Once all the work was done, they had told me that the car was still misfiring and further work would need to be done. I'm very upset that I was quoted work to be completed on my vehicle and after all the work was done and I paid $1900, I'm still having the same issues. At this point, I don't even want to buy another *** and I want the repairs for this job to be reimbursed to me. If the repairs are not reimbursed, I will have to take other actions. I should not have to pay that large amount of money for a job that one of your technicians stated would resolve my issues and did not resolve the issue. I would like to receive a phone call confirming receipt of this complaint, and to discuss the matter with someone in your corporate escalations team.Thank you,***************************** | **************
