    We purchased an Electrolux double set oven around **************************** April 2009.In April 2022, we noticed that the bottom oven developed two problems: 1) the oven would shut off prematurely and 2) the self-cleaning and Sabbath modes were not working. We called the company and received the name of an Electrolux authorized service dealer for Westchester County (Jimmys Appliance Service, **************** ******************************************************, phone number ************** and **************). We called his office and he first came to our home on May 25, 2022 in the afternoon. He replaced the ovens circuit board and he requested $490 in cash. He would not accept a credit card for the repairs. He also told us that the repairs (parts and labor) were guaranteed for six months. We asked for a receipt for his services and he responded that he was in a rush and would send the receipt by text message that afternoon. Despite numerous requests by phone calls and text messages, he has not given us a receipt for his services. We tested the ovens the next day. The upper which has been working prior to the repairs no longer functions (I.e., does not heat up). The lower oven continues to have the same issues as before (premature shut-off while cooking). We then called him on May 27 and scheduled an appointment on May 31. He never showed and did not call us. When he reached him by phone, he re-scheduled to June 3. He again did not show but re-scheduled the appointment by text message to June 10. He again no-showed on June 10 and never responded to multiple phone messages and text messages. He has also failed to text or mail us the receipt. We believe that he delinquent if providing the service we paid for. Also, he is failing to document his services by not providing us with a receipt.

    I used *****'s to repair a window A/C unit. He came and said it was a broken fan blade, which he would get and come back. After repeated calls to him to find out when he would be back, he finally returned my call after 2 weeks and made an appointment to come. He didn't show up and again would not return my calls. After 3 weeks I got someone else and found out it was debris on the condenser hitting the blade, which was not broken. *** took my $100. which was to be applied to the repair and didn't come back. He is the worst repair shop I've ever used.
