            The business had a campaign to "sign up to celebrate the launch of the official Wet Brush site this fall, Wet Brush is giving away a free Go Green **** Detangler brush". I signed up during the campaign and filled out the form 10/25/2022. Got an email this morning 12/12/2022 saying they are running out of these brushes. However, during the campaign, it didn't really say limited supplies or how many of the free brushes are available. Additionally, the exact same brush for giveaway is still selling on their website. This is such a scammy marketing trick. I did sign up and provided all my personal information to get the free brush but it seem like the company was not committed to truly give the free brush.

            I had the brush for no time and it broke into. I emailed customer support on 6/8/22. I was told I would receive a replacement in 6-8 weeks. I have been emailing since ( current date 9/26/22) and now no response and still no replacement brush.
