I ordered yummy blur powder #8.5 on 4/7/2024 it was too light, so I returned it for a darker shade. I received an email on 4/16 stating #9 was out of stock, I would have taken the store credit but, I cannot get in touch with a person everything is through chat and they keep telling me they will send a return label. I have returned the product, I tried to chat on 4/22/24 and 4/23/2024 and now they are saying my order number does not exist. My order number is *****. At this point I would like a refund, this is too much of a hassle for makeup.Business response

We notified ********************* that his return request through Loop Returns couldn't be processed because of unavailable inventory: no label was able to be generated.
We emailed him to explain this and told him to submit a new return for store credit. He messaged us separately that there was issue with his return, so we manually created and issued a return label. This return label from Shopify was attached to our email for him to use.
He asked for store credit, but we saw his return wasn't handed to **** yet. This is why we let him know we could issue him a store credit when he uses the return label to send his return. According to **** and the return tracking, the return label wasn't used yet.
For any trouble or confusion, we've refunded the customer through his chosen method of payment (e-gift card and PayPal).Initial Complaint

I placed an order Nov 26th at 8:30am Order #***** 7 products total for black friday, 1 free item and route protection. It is now Dec 20th, no package updated, no eta. I've sent over 4 emails the same Generic response Dec 5th, here are our business hours, someone will get back to you Dec 7th, sent a other one same Generic response. I get an auto response email Dec 8th saying your order is in our queue and will be out the door by Saturday 12/17/22. Dec 14th it says your order is next up in queue and will be out the door this week. It's Dec 20th, no updated, no email, nothing in spam. I sent 2 more emails asking for a refund, you don't have my products, it's not getting here by Christmas, I needed them weeks ago for a photoshoot, I want my money back. First and last time I will buy products from this website, I rather go through a 3rd party knowing I will get the items I paid for. I am not waiting around to see if I get them just to return them, this is bad business refund my money for the products you never sent to me.Business response

To Whom it May ******************************* customer placed an order with us during our Black Friday Sale. Due to an overwhelming response from our dear customers, we experienced processing delays. The customer requested a refund and the refund was processed on Dec.23rd. We truly appreciate our customers and we tried our best to ship all orders as quick as possible.

On black friday I ordered a powder from this company. I received a shipping confirmation about two weeks later which is a long time in my opinion. Finally, I am notified it was delivered to my po box. IT WAS NOT. It was re-routed to my OLD address that I DID NOT provide to ***** nor Danessa Myricks. I didn't even select fex ex when choosing shipping options! Apparently, ***** doesn't deliver po boxes. Soooo, number one, why did ***** accept the package? More importantly, how does this company not know this?The confirmation from ***** says delivered to po box but the photo clearly shows the package dropped at a front door! I sent the email to customer service letting them know and they responded that they delivered it. They completely disregarded the information I gave them. Apparently, shipping issues are a huge thing right now with them and they are not delivering orders nor are they responding to emails!Customer response

I purchased cosmetics that do not do what they say they do on packaging. Not waterproof and not smudge proof. When I inquired about a refund they said they couldnt be opened and had to be returned in 14 days. I told them what about defective products? No response. I would like a return of my money.Business response

We have various finishes in the Colorfix Product. All of our Matte Colorfix are waterproof. If the customer added anything to the colorfix, it may change the finish. The customer did not provide any videos demonstrating effects. As for our return policy, it is on our website and we reiterated the policy to the customer, who then immediately filed this claim.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because customer, I did not add anything to the color fix at all. It is not waterproof. Your return policy states you have to send back unopened packages, which you cant even see if it works. So your return policy is totally garbage. *** never seen a company that asks for a video demonstrating that what you say is true. I can easily do that if you like. But I would like a refund on my purchase. Period. Its not waterproof and that is the only reason I purchased it.In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
