      BUYER BEWARE! These guys are experts at the bait and switch, their ADs are not real nor are the numbers they will give you over the phone, lease numbers and sales prices jump *** 40% or more once you are in the showroom.

      Went in looking to lease the Dodge Hornet as per their ad. After spending 2 hours in this dealership working with the manager, he then stated that the ad was a mistake and proceeded to try to charge me double what the ad stated for half of the allowed mileage. What a joke this place is!! Dont waste your time with their bait and switch tactics. Seems like another customer had a similar issue 12 days earlier with this same ad but using a different excuse.

      Brought jeep in for simple oil change. Next thing car smoking leaking oil like crazy .. apparently they cracked something .. waiting to see what other damaged they caused .. plus the was told tire had s**** in it .. then all of a sudden when I said dont fix it new tires under warranty they said there is no s**** .. Be aware of this service center !! Be very aware !!! If I could give them a Minus 100 I would

      i saw an add in their website for a 2023 dodge hornet rt for a 2 year lease $229 per month . i went to the dealership and wanted to secure a vehicle. i was told that the $229 was only if i was a first responder or a lease returnee. i was neither . i was then told i would need to deposit an additional $5000 to secure that $229 deal . this is misleading advertising as there was no mention anywhere in the add that there were stipulations .

      When I purchased my jeep, the deal was unlimited eight dollar oil changes for life now theyre on the new management or new ownership and the rules have changed without any notice. I feel this is an unfair business practice and should not be tolerated by any

      I purchased my 2015 Charger last August and this month i heard a noise coming from underneath. I brought it to service on July 1st. I was told the driveshaft coupler is worn . I told them the radio also has an issue since i picked it up. Wasnt offered a car at any time as your VIP program states. About a week later i got a call from ******** stating the radio isnt factory and is not covered under warranty. It is a Dodge radio that was bought with the car and should have been repaired. I then get a text stating that it is need of very important services. I only put about 3k miles on it in a year. If it needs a $1000 worth of services then it should have been done before i bought it. I know it doesnt need it. After 2 weeks i call and ask where my car is. I was told the part is on back order, it will be here on the 14th. On the 15th i get a call again that the wrong part is here will be here on 19th. I call on the 19th and finally part is here and will be done. Im at work so i send my son to pick up the car first thing in the morning today the 20th. He pays and now my key is missing. Luckily i told my son to bring the extra set. After an hour of waiting i call the sales **** to go over and assist with this whole fiasco. They finally make him a new key. After all this he finally gets my car back and it is trashed beyond belief. Covered in bird droppings, mud all over it like they went offroading and the interior is trashed and muddy. Also there is a scratch on the hood that was never there. When i dropped it off it had above a quarter tank of fuel. It was now on dead empty. Also after wsshing it there are now stains from the bird c*** on the top surfaces Its disgusting the service i received and the way it was given back. This is how customers are treated? Oh wait seen all your reviews and yes i guess it is.You should be ashamed that with a sales department that is so first class you have such an incredibly incompetent service department.

      My Jeep was brought in 10 days ago for a gas-related issue. When I picked it up earlier today, I noticed a large crack that spans 2/3 of the front windshield. (Im not sure if the service department did not think this was worth mentioning, or just decided to wait to see if I brought it up. Either way, its a pretty poor customer service move.) I immediately went back inside to ask about it. The service advisor told me the car arrived with a cracked windshield - which is untrue - and showed me a photo on his iPad of what appears to be a small crack in the windshield. He said the photo was taken the day after the car came in, as the car was brought in at night. (That said, I did not see the photos time stamp). He begrudgingly conceded that the current crack was significantly larger than that in the photo, but claimed that the cold weather probably caused the crack to get much worse. He concluded by saying it was not their responsibility but that they were willing to help us out. Im obviously not interested in paying GC Jeep to replace a windshield that was damaged while my car was in their care. I made an appointment to have the windshield replaced elsewhere, and GC Jeep has lost yet another customer.

      Amazing ******************* I have never encountered such a wonder group of people who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. We all have our days especially when something goes wrong with your vehicle, but not here. My first phone encounter with Aliyah was above and beyond what I expected. She was kind and very attentive when taking and verifying the information needed to transfer me to the right departments. And every time I called she was the same just a joy to speak to. Zee from the parts department also took the time to explain the functions of the item I needed and would possibly need based off of him handling something similar to my problem. Very detailed and I appreciated that because I am not a "car linguist". And last but not least was ****** the Warranty Administrator, who went above and beyond by contacting Chrysler ************* so the problem could be fixed. He showed genuine care and concern, which is a rare find. He was also very knowledgeable when it came to the ins and outs of the vehicle, which was impressive. Often people are in a department and that is all they know. His knowledge was very vast. Again, A great group of people who deserve to be acknowledged for the kind and wonderful people they are

      By far the worst customer service. I went in to get my key fob fixed. I was told that I had to pay $$400. They take my key to the back and tell me that the key fob is dead and I need a new one. I don't see this happening not only do I have to pay $189 for the fob itself they then charge me $199 to program it If i am buying the fob from you they should program it as part of the fob price. I what told sorry that is what they are told by corporate I asked if i bought a key fob somewhere else they told me that they could not guarantee it. So i am stuck having to pay with tax $416. Rip off!!!!!!! then they were going to charge me and additional $7.70 for a service fee insane. I got them to take that off. a very nice person there felt bad and gave me the number to corporate. I called and spoke with a ****** who just kept saying i am sorry but that's the numbers that corporate sets. I said to her I thought I was speaking with corporate she said no. They are Mopar. I asked for the number she said they don't have a direct line. So how can we complain if we can't speak with corporate. She got short with me I asked to speak with a manager, I was advised that they didn't have a live manager available and that they can have someone call be by end of business day on Monday. I am still waiting for a call back. This business conducts shady, overpriced business that leaves very little for the consumer. They are rip off artists and take advantage of their customers.. I am so disgusted at their business practice.

      Do Not!!! use this dealer for Service , they are a complete Failure , they did not fix any of the problems i was experiencing , they called me mulitple times changing the price each time ,they are more concerned on upselling you more services, then actually fixing the problems you are having , so they did not fix any my problrems , over charged for simple services , kept receiving call backs over and over trying to charge more ,i will never again use this dealer , nor any of my family and friends do not use them, find a dealer with better reviews and that actually care about the customer thanks to them , i was reminded on becoming a DIY , simple things you can do on your own ******* fixes and simply maintenance
