I am writing to formally lodge a complaint about the unacceptable experience I had with your dealership, particularly involving Salesman ***********************, his manager ********, and the entire sales team.On June 29th 2024, I provided a down payment for a pre-owned vehicle with the understanding that the title would be available a week later with 4th of July being in the middle of that week. Throughout the week, I maintained constant communication with ******** to ensure everything was proceeding as planned. However, 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment July 8th to finalize the purchase, I received a call from ******** informing me that the car had been sold the previous day without any notice. He also informed me that it was his managers decision to do so as he was not at work on Sunday July 7th. At no point was I informed of this development beforehand after confirming I will be there Monday. I suspect that my decision not to finance through your dealership influenced the sale of the car to another buyer as my rate was 5.4 and they were offering 9%. This is supported by the fact that a "sold" sticker was placed on the vehicle before I left the dealership picture with sales person attached as proof can be provided. When I visited the dealership to discuss the situation, ********, the manager, showed a complete lack of professionalism and failed to offer any apology or explanation. I requested the return of my down payment, but the overall demeanor and attitude displayed were the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. This experience has led me to lose all confidence in Millennium Toyota/Scion, and I feel compelled to warn potential customers about the treatment I received. I urge you to address this issue to ensure that future customers do not endure similar experiences.I expect a prompt response to this complaint and a full refund of my down payment including all fees. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,DeeReview from Kathleen H

BEWARE!! FRAUDULENT SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!I brought my vehicle in to have a simple job done, reattaching the front skid plate. I was told the job was done and I could come pick up my truck. When I arrived I was told there was an issue. They said they couldnt properly attach the skid plate because I had a broken brace sub-assembly. They said it was badly broken and unstable, and because of the broken part they couldnt properly attach the skid plate despite charging me $265 in parts and labor. They said it was crucial that the broken part was replaced for $178.99 plus labor. I paid for the job that was done and had my truck looked at a few days later. They flat out lied to me about a broken part. Both sub-assembly arms were fully in tact and stable. There was NO BROKEN PART. Based on the conversation I had with the service director, *************************, it seems he is in on the scam.Review from Michael N

on July 2, 2022 I went to millennium Toyota service for ******** inspection and routine oil change. Not only they make things up trying to ask me to pay $500 to change third brake light, they damage one of the s**** in purpose to ask me to pay another few hundreds of dollars to fix it. I left and pay the fail inspection instead of getting robbed hundreds of dollars. My Third brake light was in complete working condition when I left. I didn't file a complain because it's not worth my time. I do wants others to know that's the company's business practice.Review from Madone P

On Sunday, April 10, 2022, I went to Millennium Toyota, in *********, ** to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. I was advised that in order to hold the car and secure insurance for my daughter, she had to put down a $500.00 deposit. She was informed by ******************* and **** that if she was not able to secure insurance the $500.00 would immediately be credited back to her credit card. Unfortunately, my daughter was not able to secure insurance. I immediately informed ******************* and **** in a group text of same. **** tried to obtain insurance for my daughter through some of his insurance contacts. Shortly thereafter **** informed my daughter and myself that he was able to secure insurance, $750.00 down and $180.00 per month. I was beyond happy until **** advised the undersigned that my daughter had to bring cash to the dealership or Zelle the funds to him at which time I became suspicious. I informed **** that I never heard of such and he said, "the broker i'm going through does not accept credit card unfortunately." Since that was the only option for my daughter to secure insurance in her name, I decided to pass as **** also advised that we had to report the car as staying in Upstate ********. I wanted nothing to do with fraud and immediately asked ******************* and **** to refund the $500.00 to my daughter's credit card.A few days went by and my daughter did not receive the credit in the sum of $500.00. I contacted ******************* and **** in our group chat and **** said, "Alright we'll refund your funds." Since that time more than 10 days have passed and again I sent a message in the group chat inquiring about the refund due to my daughter in the sum of $500.00. **************** responded and as follows, "Hello i'm off today but i'll look into your daughter's refund tomorrow for you and update you ASAP."Two weeks has elapsed and I followed up several times and still no refund. Please help.
