Based on the company's good ****** reviews, we hired the company to replace our roof (minor leak issues of the old roof). I now realized that the most of the ****** reviews are false. False reviews are its trick to attract new home owners. I regret so much to hire them. Any way, this review just serves as a honest facts/experience and hopefully others find it informative. The company is unprofessional, dishonesty, and cheating: Told me a variety shingles to choose, I listed my preference. He said it's not available. Gave 3-4 other choices, not available. Its people have taken off the old shingles already! We had to choose one color that he claimed "available in the warehouse". Old Edge flashing was damaged and they did not tell me at the time. They pretended nothing happened unless the owner find the issue. They had to peel off the edge of the new shingle to install new edge flashing. No flashing was installed in the joints between siding and roof shingle; they said it belongs to siding work! The wood is clearly seen in the joints!!The joints or gaps between the skylight and new shingles are not sealed at all! I found out this a few weeks later because you could not see anything abnormal since it roof is very high. They did not pick up nails correctly and just run a few times around the house. My bike's tire was pierced broke a few days later. Had to look for nails with our poor bare eyes many time around the house. They had to come back to fix some issues and let me tell you that it's very true they did not care at all it's a brand-new roof and would jump up and down during very hot days. And they damaged the new roof which they just replaced! Future customers, please open your eyes and chooser your contractor wisely!
