         I bought the mattress on 2/28/22. the next day I told David B***** the mattress wasn't what I ordered. I spent the next year trying to get him to make it right. Either to get a new one or repay the money. He won't even give me the number of the company to get it replaced.   The mattress has not held up. Metal hits my back. I can't even sleep on it without pain.

      Purchaced 12/52022 .We spent 1150.00 on a couch and matching chair. Couch SAGS ALOT ! Representative cameout 6 weeks later . Yes it's defective. Contacted multiple times . Said that it will be replaced 0n 2/21 , now it's SOMETIME IN MARCH ! We would like our money back for both the couch and matching chair .

      Response taken by phone:  We have been in contact with the customer.  It was determined that the sofa was defective and as per our policy we will repair or replace it.  We determined that that sofa needed to be replaced and have ordered the replacement.  The receipt of the new sofa is beyond our control but it has been ordered.  She has the defective sofa which can still be used in the mean time.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  We will make arrangements for delivery as soon as it arrives.

      Better Business Bureau:  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  Regards, ***** ******   In response to your email:Please find attached photos of the sofa which has been covered since it was delivered, from Furniture WEEKEND Plus, a family operated company, for furniture purchased: ****** ********* sofa & chair set + recliner (which I am NOT disputing in this complaint) Note, the receipt attached, in my prior email does NOT have a date of sale, nor is the store policy documented. I firmly believe in supporting the local community businesses, in which reason I became a consumer of Furniture WEEKEND Plus. I purchased the furniture the first week of December 2022 & it was delivered 12/6/2022 to my new home. A few days after delivery, I moved in and realized the moment I sat on the sofa, it was broken. I contacted the store immediately and informed them of the issue with the sofa proceeding with numerous follow up calls. I received excuse after excuse as to why no one could come inspect the sofa. It was not until January 4, 2023 Zach ( owner's son) acknowledged the damage and stated he would speak to his father that evening and contact me the following day with a response. NO CALLS/NO RESPONSE.  I then contacted the Attorney Generals office and they opennned a case, they have sent Furniture WEEKEND Plus 3 letters regarding this matter. The furniture store has not responded to any of the letters from the AG's office.  I since have contacted the store & spoke with Dave, the owner of the establishment, who is rude, unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. He states as per his response with the BBB: he is awaiting a new sofa to be delivered.  I do NOT want a new sofa,  I want a complete refund of  my money for the sofa and chair set. It has been 4 months of calls to the store, the Attorney Generals office, now the BBB to rectify this matter.  I do NOT want to ever have to communicate with Furniture WEEKEND Plus again.  Note, there have been complaints made to the Attorney Generals office since 2006 and not one has been resolved.  I await your response.

           I have reached out to the business owner (David) with no results! Power from brake 1st then the mechanism which operates foot rest stall tackicks  of called back i couple days. We'll check the warehouse & chg $50 delivery again!     Reason/purchase was stay in hospital / 17 days w tick bite & open heart surgery.     Witness to chair & problems of another purchase ? business man - **** ****** Enterprise!
