Basically I paid this man $10,500 to complete a project on my home. The project included new vinyl railings, rapping metal on the rest of the home and changing the entire look of my home. Project along with a certified contract supposed to be completed September 5 of this year. It is now November 5 and the project is nowhere near complete and the contractor is nowhere to be found! The contractors name is Earl B***** and He owns Custom Northern Builders Out of Herkimer, New York. He owes me a lot of money and I cannot reach him, he will not answer text messages And or phone calls. He has done this to many people in the area! He is a compulsive liar and cheat! I am widowed and live alone and he has totally taken advantage of me! I need closure and I need my money back so that I can finish my home. I have ends of the house that are still open and rain is pouring in damaging my walls! I have numerous text messages and phone calls with the contractor that I can prove how right I am about this situation! After a workday my house was left a complete mess, there were mice on my deck Because they left their lunch and sandwiches all over. The materials were thrown all over left in the rain for days on end when they decided they weren’t going to show. I now have to hire a new contractor to finish my home as the winter is approaching and I need the ends of the house and the work to be completed. Can you help me please see the photos attached. Thank you PS… I also have a contract that I can upload to you if you need to see that the job was supposed to be done September 5! He is clearly in breach of the contract!! Also, He Hired people who are not responsible at all. One of them fell through the roof of my shed, which now I need a new shed roof, also broke my security lights and left the glass all over the ground! This man should not be in business he has no idea how to run a reputable business! Please reach out to me for specifics I have many!Business response

I really don't appreciate that she did not include all the other services that we provided for her. I settled the issue with her son. I'm giving her back $3500.00
