On 4/2/2019, **************** suggested I consider getting Invisalign due to my overbite. He stated that it would be easier and require little time to correct at this stage, but it may be difficult as I get older. I agreed and completed an application with ************ Solutions in his office to obtain funds for $6,200.00 and initiate a repayment plan. X-rays, impressions, and molding were completed. The visit where I was supposed to receive my trays (towards the end of 2019) was the same visit in which **************** explained that I needed to remove ALL of my wisdom teeth in order for the trays to fit correctly and be effective. I questioned why I was not informed of this sooner to make appropriate arrangements and explained that it would not currently be possible due to my schedule. I stated that I would have to take my chances though he communicated that I should take some time to "think about it." In 2020, we experienced the ******19 pandemic and had to quarantine, so in 2021, I contacted ************ Solutions for a refund due to services not being rendered. Their representative explained that it would have to be filed with the dental office so documents would reveal that I did not receive the service. I contacted ******************** office and was informed that a refund would not be necessary because I could always come back and complete the process when I was ready.Consequently, after removing all my wisdom teeth from the recommended surgeon, I returned to ******************** office and was notified that it would be a more extensive process to redo everything and there would be a delay. More impressions and moldings were made. Every time I call for an update, I am told he's working on it, and I need to be patient. I requested my records several times and have always been given the run-around. We are now in 2023, and I am practically done with my repayment plan and am still waiting to receive the trays. **************** does not return my calls anymore, and I cannot obtain my records. I filed a grievance with my insurance company, HealthFirst, where they have also requested my documents, and he has yet to comply. This process has been highly stressful and frustrating, and it is absolutely ridiculous at this point. After receiving a second opinion from another dental provider, I no longer wish to complete the services or have him as my Dentist. I want my FULL refund, and I want MY RECORDS. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in this matter.Initial Complaint
