Lanzello Construction was recommended to me by a family member who had seen a company truck in the area of their house. I contacted the company, and the owner ***** contacted me to make an appointment. The company sent their ******* who inspected the roof and gave ***** the result. The estimate that was given to us was repair work in three areas, not a roof replacement. After the estimate was given to us, ***** and I discussed the amount of the repairs and at that time a full roof replacement was not needed. The work was initiated in early September 2021 and soon after ***** informed me that additional work was needed to a window near one of the areas that had been inspected. I don't understand why this area was not included in the original inspected estimate. Against our better judgment, we agreed to the additional work that would cost us additional. Soon after all work was completed, two of the areas that had been supposedly repaired, started to leak again. I contacted Lanzello and the receptionist informed me that ***** would contact me. After several more phone calls, ***** sent one of his workers to inspect the leaking. Both areas were supposedly repaired again. Unfortunately, one of the areas started to leak again after two months. The only correspondance I have received was a **** for the remaining balance of the supposed work that wasn't done correctly. As of January 2022, I am still awaiting my roof to be fixed by this company.My wife received a threatening call from ***** at her job concerning where his money was. He was notified that he would receive his money when the work was completed to our satisfaction. That is when ***** informed my wife that I (her husband) have not contacted him in over a month. My wife notified me of this, and I contacted ***** immediately. At this point, I have no confidence in the work being done by this company and requested assistance in this matter.Thank you in advance.****** and *********************************
