      I ordered a custom bobble head which was pricier than a standard bobble head. The order was placed on March 22. This order is a custom bobble head of a loved one who recently passed away. I received an email confirmation along with an order number. The details mentioned standard processing which would take 9-12 weeks. I have attempted multiple times to check on the status of my order. When I try to track the order it says it's in the paint department however i never received or approved a proof. The phone number gets bounced to a voicemail box that hasn't been setup so I am unable to leave a message. They also state you can send a text, which I have tried multiple times and yet I get no response. I have also tried to email, and that too goes unanswered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the contact information along with images of the order. Please let me know if you need anything additional from me. I either want them to finish the job and expedite the shipment or a refund completely. It has been 14 weeks since the order was placed. The money was immediately charged on March 22 and paid in full.

      2/21/24 I ordered a bobblehead and said that it would take about two months to complete. End of April after not hearing anything I checked the tracking/order status on the website, it said the same day I ordered the bobblehead the "proofs" were emailed to me. I never received anything. Sent an email to ************************************ on 4/23 asking for some explanation and to send the proofs again and have never received a response. I called into the company on 4/26 and talked to ***, who works for *****, and said that ********************* is the point of contact and will relay the message to them. A week went by and no contact from anyone, called in again and got Stu, he said that they "moved offices and the order may have been missed". Took my info again and said someone would reach out. Called multiple times each week just to get a voicemail. Still no contact. 5/21 *** answered the phone again and said he was very busy and took my information again and that someone would reach out before the holiday weekend. Now 5/30 there has yet to be any contact from All Bobble Heads/*********************. ***'s voicemail is now full, *****'s voicemail is full. No one is returning a call or reaching out with any information at all. Over a month of being put off and promises made that were never kept. Very disappointed with my experience in getting a custom bobblehead.

      I placed an order on Nov 28th 2023. I received order# ****** from them and since then they have gone silent. I have send numerous emails to them and have called them several times but no answer. They dont respond to email to answer their phones. I want to get my order done or refund me including shipping charges which i have already paid.Now i have started to think if this is a scam. They are doing business on Groupon.

      I placed a custom-made bobblehead order on December 7, 2023. After several (generally very prompt) back-and-forths, I approved of the final proofs on January 11, 2024. Since then, I have not heard any updates from the company about finalizing or shipping the order. I have sent several emails, phone calls, and text messages without a single response or acknowledgement of receipt.My primary desired settlement is for the job to be completed (as it seems like the bobbleheads have already been made). If that is not possible for some reason, my secondary desired settlement is a refund.The attached shows the proofing review (with timestamps) for 1 of the 7 bobbleheads.

      Ordered 2 custom bobbleheads in December of 2022, followed steps and responded to emails, have not heard back from Allbobbleheads.com since July of 2023. Have left dozens of voicemails and sent dozens of emails with no response. Got a hold of live person one time since July via phone, he took my information and said someone would return my call. Left voicemails in their customer service, sales, accounting and general voicemail box without a response. Just hoping I can get what was paid for.

      After the Better Business Bureau notified the merchant, they sent me an email and shipped the product that I have been waiting for since 2022.  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

      I placed an online order. I used a Groupon which cost $45.00 plus $57.00 to complete the order. This was in early October. Since then then I have attempted to contact the merchant by phone, text, and email on several occasions. I have yet to hear anything about this order. I placed a dispute with my credit company to no avail. I sent an email requesting to cancel the order with a full refund. The company refuses to answer any communication.

      I ordered a bobblehead voucher through Sharper Image. I approved all necessary steps and gave final paint approval on Sept 5th. After not receiving shipping confirmation, I reached out on Oct 3rd. I chatted customer service and was told that they saw that I approved it and that it should have shipped. They were looking into what happened and said I would hear from them. I have heard nothing and they don't answer the phone or chats. Terrible service and very frustrated. Definitely do NOT recommend.

      On June 4th I bought a Groupon to buy a bobblehead from AllBobbleheads. It was supposed to be a graduation gift, I ordered it on June 5th along with a photo of the person I wanted it to look like. I didn't keep a copy of the email I received to approve the sculpture but I approved it the same day. I received at least three requests to approve it and I did each time. As the sculpture progressed I received emails to approve each completed part, I approved it immediately. It is August ********* still haven't received it. I contacted the company on August 1st and I received a response on the 2nd telling me they would look into it. I didn't hear back from them and I sent another email yesterday and never received a response. The order number for this item is Order #******. If you need me to provide any more information please let me know. I would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you very much, *************************

      On November 3 I purchased a voucher from ********* for a bobblehead from allbobbleheads.com I ordered the bobblehead paid for extra shipping to receive before Christmas and I received it after Christmas. When I got the bobblehead it was horrible. I spoke with the customer service agent ***** numerous times in regards to the proof and the bobblehead itself. When I told her I was unhappy with the product she advised that the only way I could get another one made is by breaking the bobblehead and telling them I received the bobblehead damaged. She said the company who makes the bobbleheadheads is located in ***** and this is the only way they will make a new one because they want to make sure I dont receive two. (I have emails to back this up) so obviously I do not feel comfortable about lying and saying the product was damaged when in fact it was not . The craftsmanship is just horrible. I reached out to allbobbleheads.com again to request a refund because I DO NOT TRUST THEM . I have yet to hear anything back from the representative. ***** advised that my call/emails will not go past her so that is why I am sending this through the BBB. I would like a refund and to let people know this company is not trustworthy and the products purchased are horrible. The amount I paid for the voucher through ********* was $49.00 and the bobblehead was an additional $77.00 Total amount: $126.00 Thank You for your help ***********************

      I also am still awaiting a refund on shipping that has not come.
