      I visited the store on November 4,2021 to exchange my old jewelry. I was given the value of the old jewels and was given the jewelry that would cover the equal exchange. I picked a lovely necklace/ earring set, of gold and diamond, worth $9,400. My Boyfriend gifted me another set from the same store, gold and diamond necklace/earring set, worth $8000. I did not receive any certificate , which is usually given when purchasing the jewels. She also gave a receipt for $3000 only which I had paid via credit card. The other amounts $8000 were paid via zelle. Due to these transactions, my ********, through which I paid using zelle, froze my account and I have no access to my funds until ******** sends me the letter and check in the mail, which could take about 6-8 weeks. I left the store that day when she promised to have receipts and certificate ready for me later, as she is a friend and someone that I have known for over 6 years. I trusted her. I continued texting her for it but she kept giving me excuses ( son was sick, she was sick, etc.). I have all these texts saved. This has been going on for about 2 weeks. I also visited the store but it was closed. This was on 11/18/21. She ignored my phone calls and texted me to say she was at a funeral. I texted her and called her again stating that I needed the certificates and receipts by 11/19/21 and that I was going to come to the store and pick up. She texted saying that it was ok with her but when I went there at around ****pm, her store was closed and her husband was standing outside and he handed me a printed paper showing what I paid. He said this was what they gave their customers and if I had an issue, I had to talk to *******. I also gave her the option to either refund me for my purchase or to at least exchange it for equal value but she said that was not going to happen.I texted her saying this was not acceptable and never heard back.I also heard from another source that she was sued by another customer.
