My issue is with *************************** 3/2021 I received an order with all contents missing or destroyed. The delivery person marked the delivery as destroyed and I photographed the open box and damaged contents and called customer service to report it immediately. On 4/13/21 in response to my inquiry of where the credit was, customer service rep. ********* emailed that the request for credit had been submitted. On 5/13/2021 In response to another of my followups, ********* stated that the Nassau credit was in process, but suggested it was dependent on the claim Nassau had filed with the carrier for reimbursement- which is not how that should work- and so i began attempting to escalate the issue, over and over again. Finally- in April of 2022!!! i got Stephanies manager **** to respond to me. She also implied that my credit is somehow tied to their success in receiving reimbursement from the carrier, even though more than a year had passed. I explained that Consumer protection law entitles buyers to a repair, replacement or refund by seller when goods are lost or damaged in transit. Nassaus ability to gain reimbursement from the shipping carrier does not negate their duty to customers (me) under the law. And at that point **** stopped responding to me. My credit card was charged $1,236.51. I have received none of the product from that order and no credit for it, despite Nassaus repeated assurances that i would.
