I had my refrigerator repaired by ************************* who owns this company He gave me the wrong phone number and a 90 day guarantee I tried to call him in ****** gave him $454 a waste of ,obey From what I now here this is his forteInitial Complaint

On October 13, 2021 a repair man came to assess the issue with our refrigerator. He told us it would cost $503.11 to get the part and do the repair which included the initial service fee and that the would be back on October 19, 2021. I paid by *********** credit card. In the meantime, we emptied the fridge and plugged it back in the day before he was to do the repair and it began working appropriately and has since. We decided to allow him to come on the 19th to make sure the fridge remained operable. On October 9, 2021 I received an email and call that the service appointment was being cancelled. During that conversation I said we didn't need the repair any longer as the fridge was working fine and that instead I wanted a refund for the part and labor not used. I was told that I would get a check within 14 days. On November 10, 2021 I called the number on their website again a different person returned my calling stating they have a zero refund policy. I attempted to explain what the issue was and he loudly told me they would need to see if I was entitled to a refund at all. I attempted to explain that once again I spoke to someone and had already been through this and was wanting to know when I would get a refund. He then hung up on me. I then called a different number that I found on line and a different person called me back. She identified herself as a scheduler and said she would take my information for a supervisor to get back to me. I have since done more research on line, this company appears to be a scam having been accused of taking people's money over and over. They need to be shut down. Sadly I never received any **** or receipt, just the charge to my credit card.
