3/29/19 I paid $1300 for paved two area 5x6 and 10x4 root damage and a sink hole ,digged out where need,and seal entire driveway.Once the job was done,still on the surface the sink hole.I called and explained this matter,and they came to fix it,but part of the sink hole was not paved.,I called and explained the problem to the company and also request for a new seal for the entire driveway I will extra pay .They did not call and came to do the extra job seal and fix the sink hole unpaved.I went to their officce and talked directly to the owners wife.and explained the situation.I just want to fix it,and do the extra seal job for long period of time.If they decide not to do it,they should tell me.The job has a warranty 5 years.The partial job was done nice,neat ,but unhappy with partial sinkhole pave after .I just want do it right.Thank youBusiness response

** ******* ******* ********************* * *** ******************* *** ******** ***** **to whom it may concern,the driveway never had a 5 year warranty. i would never offer a warranty on a sink hole because they often return and i make costumers aware of that. 5 year warranties are reserved for total driveway rip outs and on occasion over an existing stone driveway. as he mentioned we have spoken with him and e explained to him that we do not warranty patch/repair work or sealer.he was also there when the job was completed but never mentioned anything about it not being correct when he paid. it has continued to sink but i am not responsible for acts of nature, even when the job is warrantied. if for some reason we gave him a statement and guarantee that says 5 year warranty and he has documentation i would honor it but i am not aware of such document.if you need anything else please contact me******* *******
