I purchased two Bheka Teardrop Support Cushions. They are advertised as having buckwheat hulls in them.The bags arrived today and are empty. There is no way to call the company and I have to put in a request on their website.I am only showing one item shipped. As can be seen, *** lists the shipment as 2 lbs. If you review the advertisement on the website, each bag is 4 lbs. So obviously the bags are unfilled. Moreover, the website clearly states $75 or more is free shipping. When going to the return page, they state they charge shipping for returned items. This is in no way free shipping. Free shipping is both ways, and if the seller wants to charge for shipping they need to clearly state this on the ad on their webpage.I expect this merchant to clear this problem up.Customer response

Yoga Life Style finally contacted me.
I spoke to ***, the owner, after I tracked down his e-mail through ********* *** admitted to receiving all of my prior e-mails as well as my dispute from ***************** Despite receiving these, he never contacted me to resolve this issue for nearly a month.
Ray was insistent that I ordered the wrong bags when I didn't. In addition, despite listing free shipping on his web page, he was going to charge me for shipping (shipping return charge disclosed on another page, his guarantee page) and restocking.
I closed my **************** dispute and said I would allow the state attorney's general to pursue action, because they would pursue if I could prove financial damages.
Ray finally agreed to send me the correct bags and told me to keep the ones with the air bags. I would have happily mailed the ones back with the air bags.
I won't order from this company again and would discourage others from doing it as well if they do not want the headache. How he conducted business isn't ethical. A customer shouldn't have to open up a complaint with the BBB and the state attorney's general to get a business owner to resolve a problem.
