Installation was not right from the beginning rollup was not closing all the way and would roll back out on its own Constant calls to company to be treated with disrespect since i am a woman home owner when i question it, they told me i was visually off and treated me as a dumb blond Never returned calls or came back out to fix problem Still to this day no responseReview from Sandra H

Poor customer service and responded to me with a nasty phone call not liking my review. Told, they will not honor my 15 year warranty only having the awning for 9 years.Review from Charles K

The worst sales experience I have had as a homeowner. The entire organization is inept and disorganized. The owner's son, ***** made an in-person sales presentation that was not honored. He was backed up by his father, the founder, and owner by a disingenuous denial of the price offered. Even though we attempted to accept the initial proposal, ***** required us to drive to ********, a lengthy distance away to leave a deposit and sign a contract.Later when his father *** got involved, he refuted his son's offer and counteroffered with a higher price with no plausible excuse. Even the local store in ****************** could not offer to write up the sale and accept a deposit.Avoid this company. Whatever they were in the past no longer exists.
