Vinyl fencing was purchased August of 2021. After installation called company to repair improperly installed gate. It would open easily but not close correctly. Left several messages to no avail, finally after stating I will contact BBB the owner showed up, stated it was an easy fix and he'll be back in the am , that was in May of 2022. Still waiting and calling to no avail. His website states he is BBB accredited with an A+ rating. This is false advertisement. I need my gate repaired and he has to remove false advertisement.Customer response

I have already made a complaint about this company not coming in a timely matter to finish the fully-paid job. they did eventually come and complete the job however after the town came to inspect the fence for a final pool ** the locks on the fence were installed incorrectly. the fence owner knew the town code requirements and his employees installed it incorrectly. The locks and latches should have been installed on the inside of the fence. i reached out to the business several times in the past few weeks. they told me they will not fix it.Customer response

we had our fence installed with the conditions that a section would be left unfinished so we could have heavy machinery access to a portion of the yard for a pool installation. the construction is done and i have spent weeks and multiple ways of contacting the owner and he has not called back. the fence is not finished and i paid for the service.Customer response

the business never responded but they did come out and finish the job. I am making a reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Contracted business to put up PVC fencing for us. Our house had partial PVC fence, and partial other fencing. When he was giving us a quote and trying to win our business he promised to: 1) fix pieces of the gate of our existing PVC fence.2) replace missing cap pieces on existing fence posts of PVC fencing.3) repair lattice work on pieces of existing fencing.In January of 2022 he put up the fence and we made a mistake of paying him despite the job not being completed. From January 2022 to March 2022 we have text conversations where he admits he forgot to complete work we agreed upon. Makes multiple promises to finish the work, but then disappears and is unresponsive to us for long periods of time.On February 22nd he came back to our house to take an inventory on what was needed to finish the job and told us he would be on it that week. But he never came back.Finally after trying to reach him several times, on March 11th he sends a long text message to us, attempting to revise history, and remove himself from responsibility. I replied to his message, referencing that you can simply scroll up in text messages to dispute his version of history. He did not reply. Multiple complaints online seem to point to this being a pattern for this business.
