My husband brought our 6 month old Pomeranian to be groomed at Ooh La La Groomer in ******** ( they own the one in ******** as well ) we asked to have her washed & face , *********** LIGHTLY trimmed & to NOT shave her at all . When my husband picked her up he was shocked, she was COMLPLETELY Shaved down, all her hair was gone. My husband is a very nice man & did not want to complain & told them everything looks good, but later stressed his disappointment for what was done . I cried when i saw my puppy completely shaved . she is a baby Pomeranian & should never be shaved BC it ruins there DBL coat . I called Ooh la la the next ****** on 2/3/23 @ 9am they took a message & said the owner would call me back . The owner called at 12:40PM & when I explained we did not ask to have her shaved , the owner processed to tell me i was wrong & my husbands was happy with the cut. She refused to take reasonability. I explained my husband is very nice & would never cause a scene, so he left it to me to address the situation. She continued to yell & speak over me saying she had Videos in her shop! when i asked for the Video proof of what was discussed between ******** husband The owner HUNG UP on me . I called back 3 more times simply just asking for a ************ continued to hang up on me. I never once yelled or cursed at any of the employees at Ooh La La. I only asked for a ******************** as to what happened. I have never been treated so terrible & unprofessional in a time where I am very upset & feel my dog was mistreated . My puppies hair may never grow back & we bought here in hopes that one day she will be a show dog, that can never happen now BC her DBL cote has been destroyed . Me and my husband and devastated & feel extremely disrespect by such an unprofessional & rude owner. I feel the *************** should be held responsible for my dog being Fully shaved in the dead of winter when she is only 6 months old & ruing her beautiful coat of hair. Please help me get closer in this.
