I ordered bought a solarium from four seasons sunrooms out of ******** In July 2021 , it was finally installed August 2022 , During installation there was major flooding the room and after install was finished .There was catastrophic failure of the room , I hired a roofer to tarp the whole room off Room size 8' by 28' feet till four seasons send there expert to my house to fix it in June 2023 , now after a couple hard rains as of July 26 2023 major flooding in the room ,, was told by Four Seasons consumer affairs person , the earliest the the expert installer can come back is mid ,end of October , other jobs ahead of me , with there track record that won't happen till later in the year ,and then not do able do to weather up north michigan , so most likely not till June **** ,,, After spending $ ****** and many days , hours having people using shop vacuum to **** up water and serve pro sucking water out ,and Major $ for water damage It has major effect on my health due to stress ,I am a 81 year old frail widow and need Four Seasons to make this right , by making my job next on there list to send expert out to fix it , fix it right , since my room is a catastrophic failure , I can't even sell my house as is just writing this ,reliving what has gone on so far ,, gave me panic attack , so you are my last hope , to make four seasons make it rightCustomer response

We purchased a home with a sunroom that leaked in July 2021. We had this company look at the room and decided to replace the glass. We were told by doing this the room would no longer leak. Since the date of install the room leaks every time it rains, we contact the company and they send back the installer to silicone the area. This has happened about ******************************************************* their installer did not install the product correctly. Either way we would like a refundCustomer response

In 2018 I saw a web advertisement for Four Seasons Sunrooms. I contacted them about replacing two sunroom windows on my home. They connected me with *************************** Residential Construction in ********, *************, a Four Seasons Sunroom installer. ******** on my behalf then worked with Four Seasons Sunroom to design two custom sunroom windows for $50,158.22. The work was completed December 2019. Immediately after installation we noted cold draft and ice inside of the windows. ******** returned multiple times in 2020 and 2021 in attempts to address the problems. ******** attempted to install extra foam installation, which has now led to mold. An independent engineer determined that the window was inadequately engineered by Four Seasons with insufficient thermal breaks for a cold climate. We believe that Four Seasons is in violation of their 10-year warranty and violates the implied warranty when the window was custom engineered for our home in *************.
