I had a flood in my basement last year. I didn't notice immediately. It was a nightmare. Water removal, mold, bugs! A week long nightmare. Very expensive.So when my plumber told me I had a large puddle in my basement, I knew I had to deal with it right away. My plumber recommended Elite.I called. They came out that day. Removed the water. Sprayed to prevent mold and bugs. They left a dehumidifier for two days and even fixed my industrial size dehumidifier so it worked. From the wonderful lady in the office who LISTENED to my story and concerns, to the gentleman who came out and explained what was done and REALLY went above and beyond, I felt listened to and cared for. This was not just a job to be completed and a dollar to be made, but a person with a water problem.Thank you Elite. Your the BEST!!!!!Review from Karin O

Highly recommend Elite restoration and ********. He came and cleaned up my waste water that had came up from my toilet. Polite, pleasant, and professional. Would recommend to anyone in need. Made the process simple and easy.

Recently, my boiler relief value spilled boiler water all over my basement soaking the wall to wall rug that was there. I called Elite and ****** and **** came over ON TIME as they said they would and totally took over and solved my water damage problems. They were so professional and ******'s experience proved invaluable, that I never had a worry that my basement would be back to normal in a very short time. This was actually my second extremally positive experience with Elite. in Nov. of 2016 we had a drain pipe that was clogged and flooded my entire basement with about 4 inches of water all around. This time ****** had come to my rescue and totally took over. He had several teams of people come and repair all the damage. He was most helpful in working with the insurance adjuster who also respected and appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. I have and will continue to highly recommend Elite to anyone who has a restoration need.Review from Erica F

Elite was highly recommended to me by my insurance company. I had a cast iron pipe that burst of sewage water into my basement I called them they showed up immediately I originally was working with ***** and ***** they were professional pleasant and efficient. The whole time I was dealing with Melise she is amazing she was my go to person when I had any questions she came to my house with **** and they finalized everything. After my basement tested positive for mold, Elite was recommended to me for remediation. ***** was absolutely amazing in explaining the process to us. Everyone on the team was polite, neat, courteous, and knowledgeable. **** and ***** were wonderful. I highly recommend Elite for mold remediation!!
