I paid *********************** over $1500 to do a sales tax payment for a vehicle and a ******************* inspection application for the same vehicle. It's over 8 weeks, and I have not gotten any results. He don't answer his phone or he'd never in officeInitial Complaint

On July 28th 2023 I went to ****'s DMV Express to have an insurance lapse cleared, and according to him, he was to re-register my vehicle. After payment the issue was not resolved after finding out by the *** DMV I could resolve the issue on my own. I attempted to get a refund of my funds. The business failed to return any calls and text messages regarding this issue.Customer response

Date of transaction: 11/10/22 Money paid: $491.37 Visited Pauls express DMV service with my boyfriend who needed help with a new title and getting plates for his vehicle. **** promised express service and took down all information for car registration and title. **** said everything would be ready by the following business day and that he would contact him if any additional information was required. He told my boyfriend to come in the following business day to collect plates after payment was given through my zelle account. Since transaction date there has been no communication and his business has been closed. Went online to look at reviews for this business and there are multiple complaints about fraud and scam. Similar stories about **** taking in money and then going ghost and not responding to customers after he has been paid.Initial Complaint

Pauls express is a business that claims to get DMV paper work done fast instead of waiting to get a appointment at the dmv. They promised me to get my plates transferred in a day . I piad 400$ and **** took my car plates and car Registration. Its been two weeks and **** ignores my calls . Has my car ****** and dmv plates he is refusing to return it to me . I have proof of over people that experience the same thing at Pauls express as I did. He also is selling peoples information. Illegally he is selling temporary plates. All I want is my car ****** and plates that their can keep the money please help meInitial Complaint

The owner of this Express *** is refusing to refund me for a service he did not perform and did not do it in a timely manner. I went to the *** Express and paid to have my registration, plates & a title transfer on Wednesday 01/12/2022. I was advised by **** that my lates and registration would be ready by Wednesday night no later than Thursday morning. Thursday morning comes and I hear nothing. I message **** Thursday afternoon and never get a response. Friday morning I go to his place of business after 10am and it is closed. I call him, he answers & tells me he had a family emergency and I would have my stuff between ****pm, I told him I want my money back at this point. **** advised he would call me back in a few minutes. I didnt get a call bavk until almost 1pm with him asking what is the milage on my vehicle which means he never reviewed my paperwork. Then later he tells me that my signatures are different and I had to resign some ************* was an issue with the lien on my car. I then saw the year of my car on my insurance wasnt correct, which he never pick up on that either. I had my insurance fix it immediately. **** then ask could I come in at 5pm but I couldnt (we have now passed the 1pm ****). I didnt hear anything else, I messaged him on Saturday and did not get a response until Tuesday, 6 days after my initial dealing with ****, this is not EXPRESS SERVICE AT ALL. I went to his office on Tuesday to collect my papers since he did not deliver anything I paid for, **** advised me that he would refund me but the end of 01/18/2022, at least the *** fee $225 but not his service fee of $300. I have not received my moneyCustomer response
