Hello, I ordered their products on 9/23/22, received the product 9/28/22, realized the product was another color, returned the products just as instructed, send them the unopened packages along with free samples and the shipping and delivery information, had to keep contacting them for updates, and the last messages were Nov 6th “Hi, We have received verification for this RETURN from our team and we will now commence REFUND process. Allow us 7-10 working days to complete the REFUND process. Your fund will be credited back to your credit card / ****** account depending on the mode of payment made. Hope this makes up for the inconvenience.” After another follow up on Nov 20 “Hi, This case has already been forwarded to our billing. I will make a follow up with them.” I am not receiving any responses from the team anymore, and have not received the refund so far as of today. They have received back the unopened packages with the free samples and have not returned back my money. I paid the money for the shipping, as per their policy and as a customer was sincere in my returns ( with the unopened packages and even with the free samples). I need my money back and want to make other customers aware of the company’s return process.
