I placed an order (order #****) for 2 personalized jackets on 3/4/2024 and was charged $150.20 on this date. The order confirmation stated I would receive my merchandise in 3-4 weeks. The website states it may take up to 5-6 weeks. As of today 5/21/24 I still have not received my merchandise. I reached out via email on 3 occasions. Their business phone number seems to be not be in service apparently. No one answers the calls. Two of my three email have received no response. One email did receive a response on 5/1 and was told my shipment would be shipped on 5/2. Never got a shipping notification email. Never got my merchandise. On 5/9 I sent an email requesting a refund. I want a total refund of my money. I got no response. The customer service is abysmal.
