I paid them to load our big items into a moving truck. They ended up filling the truck (with big items and boxes), but there were many big items left over, which required us to rent a trailer from them as well. They did not load the trailer, only the moving truck. The movers were nice and worked hard. However, when we arrived at our destination and unloaded the truck, we discovered damage to almost every single item they loaded. The items in the trailer that we loaded in the trailer were fine. Therefore, this is obviously a loading issue caused by how they loaded the items. Not once did they ask for more moving blankets or anything to protect our furniture. I would have gladly bought more. I have contacted this business twice by email since our move in July and shared pictures of the damage. The emails are dated 7/22/2021 and 9/21/2021. I haven't even received the courtesy of a response. I don't enjoy complaining, but my furniture that was previously in perfect condition is now damaged, and I need a resolution. I'm exploring disputing my credit card payment, which would not cover the cost of replacing these items. One is not even sold anymore, so it cannot be replaced. I need to replace almost everything they loaded. For example, a console table has drawers hanging off unattached on one side. The chest of drawers have scrapes on top and the sides. My electric fireplace has nicks. All of my bedroom furniture has nicks and scratches. Pictures are attached. I have moved before, and I have never had such a terrible experience. My stuff was in great condition, and now it looks damaged and falling apart. This is not acceptable. (The name they may have on file is ******* ******** who is my partner.)
