My first meeting with Dave Rinker was unusual but he seemed friendly, knowledeable and willing to assist with some exterior repairs needed on a few windows and then paint my 3 bedroom house. Dave, his wife Tonya and a friend Will showed up at 6pm Tuesday, Aug. 29, to begin a job that should have only taken a week or two but instead it took 5 weeks and I had to end the job which was full of drama and negativity these people promote daily and the job was not completed as we discussed over the time this company was at my house. After two weeks of only coming to my house an average of 3 days a week and only spending 3 to 4 hours max (including set up and tear down) each visit; Dave powerwashed my fence, my front porch, and sidewalk and wanted to negotiate quotes on updating these other areas in the future but insisted on money now and you just had to trust him to come back in a few months or a year to complete the quote he provided. But talked nothing about why he was not painting my house which is why he was there. These individuals had no regard to my property or my dogs' living space (the backyard) where he must go the bathroom. Dave spray painted portions of my yard, left wood pieces and scrappings from the house, left metal bolts, nails where ever they fell once they removed them from the window. I just replaced my roof a few years ago, now my front roof has beige paint sprayed on it as well as my backroof has blue footprints with spilt blue paint and wood scrapings that was not removed. Painting is not this companies forte or understanding the line of business he has agreed to complete does not include being paid every week. He was challenging, demanding when he wants money and overall did not respect me as the customer. This company should not be allowed to continue providing below standard work as well as treat customers without any respect. They make commitments that they cannot meet and are disgruntle when you expect them to keep their word. I
