    I have never been as Dissatisfied with an insurance company as I am with *** Berryhill Allstate. They lie directly and by omission. They deceive and manipulate by creating confusion and sending out extraneous documents via email and ***** I received three different request to do things that arent necessary to do. Allstate doesnt make it seem unnecessary but it is. They sent me a check for $174 and change to go towards the cost of getting my vehicle repaired. There was some confusion that they created of course. I was not sure what to do with that odd amount of money, as the cost of the repair was approximately $1700 minus $500 deductible. So shouldve been more like $1200. I was told by *** himself in writing to endorse it. So I endorsed the check and deposited it into my bank my account. The $174 and change check bounced. My bank charge me a $10 fee and *** refused to give it back . Its the principle of the matter. They have made a not great situation horrific for me. According to Allstates policies, I can take an existing policy to another Allstate agency, however, I believe that *** Berryhill and his staff are blackballing me at other Allstate agencies because Im being denied. So far, no other Allstate will accept me, post speaking to *** berryhill Allstate agency.

    This review is false. She was told in writing NOT to deposit the check and she deposited it anyway, we have the proof. The reason why Allstate stopped payment on her check was because she requested that the claim be closed and told us she was not going to deposit the check, we have the proof. Allstate stopped payment on her check because of her decision, not because of any other reason. She opened her claim stating she wanted to go to a shop of her choosing - this caused her claim to be entered into a process where photos were needed and she was sent an initial check of $174 and this would have been supplemented by the shop for a second check for the balance. She canceled her claim when she refused to believe that Allstate did not have a drive up claims center. She called cussing us out, hung up on us, wouldn't listen to full explanations without blowing up, etc. She escalated her concern to me and we got her claim re-instated and moved it to a Good Hands Repair Shop, where it exists today. If you go to an Allstate approved shop, you don't need photos because the shop acts as the adjustor. We are continuing to try to resolve this matter for her but she has requested no contact from us via phone or email. We cannot get her $10 back because she canceled her claim and she was told not to deposit the check. At Allstate we have a Claims Satisfaction Guarantee where if she is unhappy with the claim for any reason she can write a letter after the claim is closed and will receive 6 months free premium on her policy. She told me that I am manipulating her when I told her about this, but I'm only trying to help her. I have not spoken to any Allstate agency about her situation at all, there is no black-balling anyone for any reason. She does not seem to want to resolve the issue, although I believe we are on track for an upcoming repair and she will receive a significant credit to her policy to compensate for her dissatisfaction with her claim if she takes advantage of the Claims Satisfaction Guarantee at Allstate
