ROOFING COMPANY WAS SUPPOSED TO REPAIR ROOF FOR 7/21/21 LOSS DATE, WAS PAID BY INSURANCE CARRIER. LEAK IN SAME LOCATION 9/22/22. ANOTHER ROOFING COMPANY STATES THAT THE ROOFER DID NOT REPLACE ROOF AND USED CAULK TO SEAL LEAK.CLAIM REPORTED TO CARRIER AND DENIED.ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT PARAGON ROOFING FOR ASSISTANCE, NO ONE CALLED BACK. NOW HOME HAS WATER AND MOLD DAMAGE FROM POORLY REPAIRED ROOFBusiness response

Paragon Roofing was contracted to do two lower sections of roofing in 2015. Mr. ******** called my office in 2019 and stated that he was having issues with his roof and insisted that I did his entire house which is not the case.
After showing him the contract, it stated that we only did lower sections. He agreed to have me look at the upper roof to see if I could repair problem areas. Paragon Roofing installed new fascia and flashing around problem areas to stop the water from coming in
the house and charged minimal to do so. I advised Mr. ******** his upper roof was in terrible shape and did what I could to stop the leaks, but he needed a new roof. Mr. ******** agreed and I gave him a price to install a new roof which he declined. Three months
later Mr. ******** called with a leak. I went over and sealed around plumbing boot and again told Mr. ******** about the shape of his roof and didn't charge him for the repair. The sections of roofs that are leaking are in desperate need of replacing. I did not install
those sections and do not appreciate being scrutinized over it.
