Date of transaction: 03/09/2023 and 04/27/2023.The amount of money I paid: $200 cash on 03/09/2023 and $386.25 credit card on 04/27/2023.The business is committed to providing hair coloring services.The business colored my hair red while I requested for orange color on 03/09/2023. Because the color was wrong and not satisfactory, I was forced to make a second visit for a 'redo hair coloring' on 04/27/2023. The business cut my hair without my approval and charged an extra $125 plus taxes and fees plus redo hair coloring for $386.25. Again, I never asked for the haircut service. They also forced me to stand up from the chair and was given their scissors to cut my own hair, which was humiliating. Also after two hair coloring services, my hair is breaking out excessively due to using cheap chemicals and was serviced by poorly trained employees. I am attaching evidence photos of my broken hair after their service for your review.I attempted to communicate with the business owner, but unfortunately, the business owner stated that they no longer have the evidence video footage of my visit to their shop so the owner will not do anything. The owner even wrongfully accused me of threatening them when I requested a refund for the wrongfully charged haircut and redo hair coloring services that they messed up in the first place!
