      On 8/29/22 I dropped off my A3 to get serviced. On 8/31 I received a phone call from *********************** asking to authorize service covered by the Audi Peer Protection Warranty and I granted it. I was informed that I would receive a phone call when service WOULD be completed in my car. I did not receive any such call from Audi. Today, 9/28, I received a phone call from Enterprise, stating that my car has been repaired and ready to be picked up since 9/1 and Audi stated that they are not responsible for the extra days that the rental car was in my possession which is news to me because I was never, ever contacted by Audi to tell me that my car service was complete and ready to be picked up. I immediately drove to Audi to inquire what the h*** happened and they stated that my service coordinator, ***** was not in, so I requested to talk to the managers. Upon proving and proving my case and showing to the managers via my cell phone account that I never received a call that my car was completed. Even showing and having the managers my personal information showing the one phone call on 8/31 stating that my car needs repairs that I am still YET to receive a phone call from them rather then the phone call I received from Enterprise request the return for the links/rental car. Upon showing proof to the managers that no calls, texts, or emails with proof was never sent to me they couldnt give me an answer for the missing information. Never the less, they pulled up data entries showing me that their service person tried to make contact me without showing actual PROOF that they attempted to contact me and not being able to print out the information for me and the pick up request that was sent via email that I never received. With all the proof that they never contacted me and still havent contacted me, they are sticking to the fact that they are not responsible for the rental monthly charge of the vehicle and refuse to help when the problem stands with them, not with me.

      On March 23, 2022 before going to work, I picked up my car after it was in service for one week. I noticed small black spots on my bumper but thought it was dirt from service. After work, I tried to wipe it off and noticed it was chipped paint. I contacted, Service Representative, ******************************* and provided photos of these spots along with before photos from the service video they had sent me. She said those spots were already there and provided the name of the Service Director, ************************* who never returned my call. I then texted ****** again with more closeup before and after pictures to show the dirt that had been on my car was not only much lighter but in different spots from these black chipped spots. I received no response. Furthermore, after picking up my car, I noticed something was different while driving the car. Then I realized my side blind spot monitoring lights were no longer working. This is too much of a coincidence at a time when these chips are not being sold with new cars due to the chip shortage. I feel disgusted with the way I have been cheated by this companys deceptive and fraudulent practices.

      The vehicle was purchased on 3/6/21 it is a 2021 Audi q8 at the time of pick up there was 10 miles in the vehicle. In may 2021 I took the vehicle into the dealership because the screens in the vehicle were freezing. To date and 5 attempts to have the vehicle fixed, leaving it at the dealership for minimum of 2 weeks on end the matter is still not resolved. In fact the vehicle now has a strong burning odor. I have now had to make yet another appointment to have the vehicle inspected I still need another screen as they only repaired one. I am beyond frustrated and need to be compensated for the amount of time I have had to travel back and forth and the length of time the vehicle has been in the shop. I have countless videos that can be submitted if needed showing the problem. I can also further explain the situation via phone as this process has been lengthy.
