      They never went through the terms of the contract, how much I would be paying, the interest. The price in total. Now paying ****** for a car that is worth ****** @ 11% interest and put ******* down.They kept putting papers infront of me and to sign. They told me it was in my budget. Very dishonest people

      There appears to be some confusion regarding the payment terms regarding the consumer's vehicle loan.  The dealership's finance manager, *****, will be contacting the customer to discuss the payment terms and, if the customer would like, she can schedule a time to meet with ***** at the dealership to review the consumer's deal paperwork.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 
      No misunderstanding of the of the finance of my car.  My loan is front loaded which I found out from the finance guy.  After 20min conversation the other day.  Upon signing they never told me the terms of my financing that I would be paying 50% interest on ea and every payment, they put on 75 months and never told me I would be paying more than 5000.00 in interest in 12,700 loan.  I am paying 3.75 per day n they r telling me it at 11%.  Never told the I would in total be paying 24,000 for a 2019 honda civic, with 2 accidents.  I gave them 7500.00 cash as a down payment.  So honestly my fault, I signed I believed them everything was good, until I got the notice fron toyota of the full price I paid.

      6/2/2022 The dealer shop told me that they have a car in stock. ***************** Because I am living 60 miles away from the dealer shop, I confirmed its stock and price. But when I came to the dealer shop, realized that the car was not exist.

      We apologize for the inconvenience experienced by the consumer.  Unfortunately, in the time period between the consumer contacting the dealership and subsequently appearing at the dealership, the vehicle about which the consumer inquired was sold.  With the worldwide vehicle inventory shortage, vehicles are in high-demand now more than ever and it has been the dealership's experience that vehicles are typically sold within just a few days of their delivery to the dealership.  Given the dealership's limited inventory, it is the case that they rarely have more than a handful of similar vehicles in their inventory.  However, the dealership's General Manager ***************************** will be contacting the consumer as per the consumer's request.  The dealership is willing to do what it takes, within reason, to ensure the consumer's experience will be remembered as a positive one.
