      I hired this business to install a tankless hot water heater. They performed the installation on time, according to the specifications. Upon testing of the unit, an error message was displayed whenever I turned on the hot water. I was told that this was happening because the shower heads had been modified to allow more water to flow through than should be. The plumber left, instructing me to get a new shower head.The next day, I installed the new shower head. I got the same error. In fact, I was not able to get the new unit to produce any hot water, except from the sink on the opposite wall of the new unit. I was told that my water pressure was too high, that I needed a flow regular installed. I was told the plumber would order the part, and return to install the new part. A few days went by, I inquired as to the completion of the job, and I was told he was still waiting for the part. About 5 days later, I contact the plumber, ask about the part, and my text was ignored. I wait until the next day and texted again, and was again, ignored. I never heard from the plumber again. He left me with no hot water. If I try to use the hot water, I get an E5 message.
