We had scheduled my daughters birthday to be help at this location, 2 week before the birthday the ******************* for the town of ********* shut them down with no reopen date. We attempted to reach out via phone and email several times and received no answers so with no communication from the establishment we scheduled the party at a different location. The day before the party Roller Magic called as if nothing had happened to confirm the party. We informed them that we scheduled some place else bc we found out they were closed by the town and tried to reach out for any kind of information and received no replies and let them know we will be cancelling the party and in light of what happened we would like our deposit back. The employee told us that would not be possible so we asked to speak to the manager we were told they would not in and would call us on Sunday. The manager, who's name is *****, called and was nothing but rude and dismissive of the issue, refusing to give us a refund, talking over us and refusing to listen and ended the phone conversation asking if we are going to hang up or should he, then immediately hung up on us. The deposit was for 50 dollars and based on the interactions we had with this company we would like our deposit back and let the BBB know of their poor business practices.
