      Transaction Date: June 12, 2024; Order Numbers: #AS-41923, #AS-41917, #AS-41915, #AS-41928 Tracking numbers via *********************** ******************* ******************* ******************* ****************** (All state re-routed to warehouse in ******, **; received by ********)Orders were placed for our non-profit organization. We received confirmation emails, and then shipping confirmation emails. The day before delivery we received emails from *** that the shipments had been re-routed to another warehouse. I instantly reached out to attempt to connect with an associate and have received a few responses, but they dont make sense in regard to the orders or any solution. I have reached out via a phone number for them I was able to find but cannot get through to any representative of the company at all. These items being re-routed the day before scheduled delivery caused a huge problem for our upcoming event, and future events. We are just trying to get our orders filled as confirmed by the supplier. In my past four emails reaching out I asked them to please call me and included my phone number (it had been in my signature as well in all other emails) and cannot get in touch with anyone. The website is still online but there is no way to get in contact. Were looking to resolve this as soon as possible. I have made every attempt to get in touch and have forwarded all order confirmations to them and havent heard anything from anyone.I have included all order confirmations, and a screenshot of tracking showing package in transit and then re-routing which was done with no communication.

      This customer's orders were affected by an order processing glitch which impacted shipping and pricing. 

      We had issued full refund for all of the items purchased and payed for.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      Orders were completed, paid for, and shipped, fully executed on the retailer's side. As a small non-profit, we were anticipating the delivery for an event. However, the day before the scheduled delivery, the orders were rerouted without any communication. We received no responses and had no way to get in touch with the retailer.

      Horrible customer service. Only provided one tracking number for 3 packages shipped with 2 different shippers. One of the packages was empty as they're shipping department never sealed the package and it fell out in transit and now that's my problem?       I have purchase items from this company, but the last 350 dollar item acting up 3 year warranty, not sure note on 6 year, 3 year good till 2023.       I order a subwoofer from this business, on Aug 22nd **** sent me the email for my return of the item. This item was never removed from the box when I had it so I retaped it and put the return mailing label on the box and sent it to the return address on Sept,22nd, 2022. It was signed for on Sept. 27th,2022 on the website it says refunds happen within 5-7 days of receiving the offer as of tonight I have left messages for **** to see the status of my return and still have not received a call back. It has been over 3 weeks and I would like my money refunded back as he stated originially would happen. I will attach the email from ****, and *** ** showing it was delivered and signed for on Sept. 27,2022

      I purchased a combo set of (2) 12 inch subwoofers a amplifier and wiring kit all in one deal in April 2021. I specifically bought this package deal because it stated within their description on their website that it all came with a 3 year warranty. After 14 months of using the amp and subs without problems, all of the sudden out of no where, with no warning signs, the amp suddenly goes into protect mode. I assumed that maybe one of the wires came loose or a bad connection some where within it all. I looked over all the connectios and couldnt find why the amp wouldnt come out of protect mode. So I set out to completely unwire everything. After checking, rececking and then checking one more time, I still couldn't find why it wasn't working. I think it's worth mentioning that I rarely even used the subs/amp because I have kids and I don't turn on the subs when they're with me. Anyways, I'd say the amp probably had roughly 72 hours of use within the 14 month time frame, or less. I also hadn't had any indications that the amp was failing until it did. So I called both Rockville and audiosavings to explain my situation and they both told me they couldn't help me and that the warranty is only a year. Which is fine....if that was ture. ON THE SAVINGSAUDIO WEBSITE IT SPECIFICALLY STATES THERE IS A 3 YEAR WARRANTY. The "expert" I talked with tried to tell me that was only for the subwoofers and not the amp. Which isn't anywhere within the description on their website. It simply states that there is a 3 year warranty on the package deal. I don't understand how a business can falsely claim whatever they want and then when the customer trys to uphold part of the purchase that was bought, it all of the sudden can't be honored, or it's a mistake. Seems like fasle advertising to me. This company needs to be held responsible for their products and everything that intells with each and every purchase.

      On august 13, 2022 I placed an order on the Rockville Audio website. I am to assume they are affiliated with audio savings because that is where the purchase order ended up going.I ordered item number ****** , Rockbooth XL DJ table On August 23rd I received a package via ***** from Audio Savings.The outer package clearly states that its contents are item number ****** Rockbooth.This is the standard version not The XL which is what I ordered and meet the specifications I require.Upon several interactions with customer service and the return of item with shipping label and ********** provided by Audio Savings I sent the package back to Audio Savings via ****** I have confirmation that the package arrived at their facility on 8/30/2022. I spoke with 2 customer service representatives from ********************** today and neither could send me the correct item nor confirm that I would receive the item before the date I require it which is the end of September. They seem to need to inspect the return, which is odd seeing how the package was never meant to leave their facility in the first place. They are now holding my money and the original item I ordered and I am getting no feedback on when if at all I will receive my order before required date.There is an overall unwillingness to provide answers or service to paying customers and through the multiple registered complaints its clear Im not the only one which is why I didnt buy from **************** in the first place. They have a horrible reputation.By my order being transferred from the Rockville Audio website to **************** I was basically tricked and forced into doing business with a less than reputable company that is now unwilling to rectify the mistake they made due mostly to incompetence in their shipping loss prevention and inventory departments

      Date: May 27th, ***********: $1186.78 Order number: #****** Committed to provide: Quantity of 1: (2) DJ Totem Stands+Facade+Par Lights+Moving Heads+Led Fogger+Truss Bar System-(2) RTP32W + RFAAW + CH31 Pack 4 The order was processed online and was confirmed by Audio Savings. Shortly after I was advised that the order needed to be split between 2 warehouses. The original tracking numbers I received had gotten changed without me being informed. The packages did not arrive at my house. I've attached all correspondence I've had with Rockville Audio and ****** The proof of delivery letters they provided me all have separate tracking numbers. The only 2 tracking numbers I was ever provided with were, until after I contacted them.************ ****** Home Delivery)************ ******HomeDeliveryDisabled) - Not sure why this says home delivery is not available and this is from the audio savings email.Additionally, if you copy and paste this tracking number (************) into ***** tracking right now via their public website ******************************************), it shows that it was delivered but does not show an address or recipient name on the proof of delivery pdf, like the proof of delivery forms Audio Savings has sent to me. I've attached a copy of this that also shows the date directly from ***** website. I think it was delivered to the wrong house, and on top of that there also seems to be confusion with tracking numbers. We went from 2 tracking numbers that I was informed of, to what turned into 5 tracking numbers that I wasn't informed of, and then the items didn't show up. If you view the timeline of delivery attachment you will see it says left at front door, but on the proof of delivery page it does not have an address. Audio Savings did try to resolve with filing a complaint with ****** As the consumer I am at a financial loss, while Audio Savings is not taking responsibility for issues with their delivery company.

      I ordered some stereo equipment rust fed ex says was delivered but it wasnt delivered to my house but they say it was. Audio savings says in their webpage that they will bend over backwards and do anything possible to keep their customers happy. First the lady emsid me and said that they would refund my money or replace the products, the next day they said they wouldnt. That dont honor their word and lie to you. My next complaint will be with fed ex

      I believe they are guilty of false advertising they advertise a product at a price. I purchased the product, they accepted my money sent me the wrong product and then told me that they couldn't give me the product at the price that they advertised

      I purchase from *********** item (Rockville RBG18S 18" *************************** ******************************* for the sale price of $64.95 however I received a totally different item and they also change the item online a few days late after my purchase. After I contact them they said it a listing error and they cannot honor the purchase.
