On July 20th, my father made a purchase from Lovelivingchic using my ****** account. He intended to purchase one item but accidentally ordered two. After realizing the mistake, I contacted the seller to request a partial refund for the extra item. Despite this, I noticed additional unauthorized charges on my ****** account.Initial Charge: $58.58 for the order, including hidden fees.Unauthorized PENDING Charge: $27.62 which appeared a day after the initial purchase.Fake Delivery Invoices: Lovelivingchic provided fake delivery invoices to ******, which contributed to their decision to close the case in the sellers favor.Negative Reviews: Other customers have reported similar issues, indicating that the seller has a history of fraudulent activities.Actions Taken: I opened a dispute with ******, providing evidence of the sellers fraudulent behavior. Despite my efforts, ****** sided with the seller, citing the fake delivery invoices.Bank Chargeback: I filed a chargeback claim with my bank. The bank has shut down my card and will issue a new one. The provisional credit is pending while they review the case.Current Status: Pending Refunds: I am awaiting the final decision from both ****** and my bank. If both entities issue refunds, there may be a need to reconcile any duplicate refunds to avoid complications. ****** has sided with them 2 times, a 3rd case was opened and my bank is still investigating.Additional Measures: I have contacted the *** to file a complaint addressing fraud practices of Lovelivingchic.Desired Outcome:I am seeking to recover the total amount of $58.58 and potentially $27.62 pending through unauthorized charge and to hold the seller accountable for their fraudulent activities. I hope to resolve the issue through the BBBs intervention and ensure that such fraudulent practices are addressed since ****** is not doing a good investigative job. On January 4, 2024 At 09:41PM, I Was *********** And Saw This Ad For A Taser Ring. I Clicked On The Ad To Further Look At The Taser Ring. I Selected One To See The Exact Price With Taxes. I Then Realized That I Tried To Order A Taser Before **************** Said, They Do Not Deliver Tasers To ********, So I Got Out Of The Ad. About 10Minutes Later PayPal Sent Me A Notification That A Payment Had Went Through, Through My PayPal Account. I Did Not Authorize A Payment Knowing I Would Not Receive This Taser. I Filed A Complaint With PayPal And They Denied My Case Against Love Living Chic. Stating, ************ Has A Shipment Tracking Number That Is Was Delivered To Me. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME!!Customer response

09/13/23 I ordered a shirt, I found on ********* I ****** searched the shirt and found from another site, so that who I ordered from. I paid with Paypal. On the billing statement it says LoveLivingChic Limited When I ordered, it said it would ship and be delivered with in 3-5 days. I haven't seen it, I searched my email for an acknowledgement. I can't find a way to contact them at all. I would like to somehow get a refund, but even more importantly keep others from ordering from the site. I can't even ***********.Initial Complaint

On September 9, 2023, I put in payment information on this site on Instagram. I didnt push the place order button as I changed my mind. The incomplete order was for a bee venom cream purchase price $24.97 with $5.99 shipping fee. Total $30.96 via PayPal. Love living chic put through the charge even though I didnt complete the order. I have emailed the company but emails came back undeliverable. Then, I found out that the email address was different from the one they sent me. ********************* is the apparent address for *************** ***Customer response

Have not received order. I sent an email for the tracking#. Their support email address domain rejected my email to them, **********************************
