    Purchased a child 24 volt ride on toy for grandson's birthday. Went with Moderno because of parent remote and it was on sale. 30 pound 3-year-old leaned on door and it broke. I attempted to contact via phone. No one ever answered or responded to voicemail. I emailed about the no response to phone calls and the issue with toy. They (*******) did respond asking for pictures. I sent within a few days. That was in September. It is now November. I have made countless attempts to contact to see if pics were received. No replies. Nothing. Sale over, so that's where customer service ends. If they weren't going to cover it, at least reply. Awful customer service. Would never recommend this company. If I could give zero stars--I would. It's the principle of ghosting a customer.

    Way too expensive, worthless products! Bought a 12v Mustang for my daughter that cost us $500 on Amazon. Thank God we bought the 3-year, $50 extra, warranty from *******. The hood came to us with a huge blemish when we opened the box. They replaced the hood. Then the module on the car had to be replaced because it wasnt working or driveable. Asurion replaced it. Then the radio stopped working on the car, which controlled the Bluetooth and start up sounds. Asurion replaced it. Then the windshield breaks. Contacted Moderno Kids directly and spoke with the manager, *****, because ******* wouldnt replace it. $50 for the windshield! Not only that, but the wire new Mustangs that are 24v (twice the power as ours) are only $350 on their website TODAY! ***** tried to give me life lessons on the product and how they wont do anything about it and dont care. Then the remote control (an important sell point for us) stopped working and ******* wont replace it and ***** at Moderno kids doesnt give two craps about their terrible, easily breaking, kids cars. He asked me why I wanted a windshield if I thought it was a s***** product? DONT BUY FROM MODERNO KIDS!

    My daughter was given a hand me down 12v Moderno Kids Jeep which is approx 2015 vintage! Ran fine in yr 1, in yr 2, reverse gear stopped working, than a month later, it stopped working completely! I wanted to fix it, but this where Moderno Kids becomes a joke! I asked for a wiring diagram. Nope, they do not give them out! They wanted a video of what the toy was doing! Sent it in! 2 days later, e-mail stating they couldnt find my order! Reminded them it was not new! 2 days later, they wanted addtl pictures! 2 days later, they said it needed a controller board! They wanted all my info for an invoice, but no cost $$$ given yet! Also,.. ALL part sales were final, whether or not they fixed the toy! **************** with ********************** is anything but that! I will now spend $100s for a new ride on toy, and it sure as h*** will not be from Moderno Kids! Beware their new toy warranty also! 90 days only and any warranty shipments are on your dime!

    We apologize we were not able to meet your expectations and did not cover cost of replacement parts for a 9 year old ride-on toy purchased in 2015. Please consider getting an extended warranty or accidental damage protection insurance next time you make a purchase, because no toy manufacturer will cover product 9 years after purchase. If you need any replacement parts you may contact customer support at ************** and yes all replacement parts sales are final.

    **************** is useless. Main concern is voiding warranty. Do not purchase from this company. I contacted them knowing charger was bad, I just wanted to purchase a charger. Bought truck September, not working in November. They had me take truck wiring apart, send pictures just to PROVE warranty was voided from water damage. What a joke. Outside toy not get wet? What a concept. Weeks went by. I finally purchased a $15 charger from Amazon, truck works fine now.

    Please consider reading a user manual that clearly explains that toy contains electronic components that with common sense should not be exposed to a water or excessive moisture.Using a third party charger might create other issues or even hazardous conditions down the road and also not recommended in product user manual.

    Moderno Kids is a complete joke of a business with unprofessional staff. They sent a product without the proper screws, bolts and washers to put it together. They expected me to pay an additional fee to get the parts shipped to me. When I expressed that was unfair, I was told to go to a hardware store and buy the parts myself. When I protested further, ****, the complete jerk of a representative I spoke to waived the fee but warned that if I gave them a problem or an attitude he would revoke that offer. His life is so insignificant this is how he tries to assert power.

    This company is a total scam. Marketing photos do not even come close to representing their product size. Wont pay for return shipping and it will cost me more than what I paid to ship back. Horrible customer service and no attempt to make it right.

    Please consider reading product information next time you make a purchase, instead of looking at the product photos on a white background and imagining product size. Just like shoes, any product has measurements and not a one size fits all. Product description provided very clear details and every single measurement of the product, all you had to do is just read.

    We have ordered 2 cars from this company. Neither one of them are working. One stopped working after one year. The second after 6 months. They are both stored in garage and never left in elements. We purchased the extended warranty which was no help either. When we contact Moderno and spoke with one of the owners he was rude and told me I was out of line for expecting a quality product. These cars are expensive and expect that they will work longer than 6 months to a year. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

    DO NOT ORDER ANY JUNK FROM THIS COMPANY! We order two trucks that stopped working after a few months that were stored in our ********* thought maybe the battery's stopped working so I ordered new ones. Now i get the new battery's and trucks still do no work. I emailed them asking to return the battery and they said no!
